When such a modification is made, we will post a revised version of the terms and conditions on this web site. Changes will be effective when they are posted. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time to be aware of any such change. Your continued use of the service will indicate your agreement to any such change. We reserve the right to add to, remove, change or terminate access to any of the content or functions of the service without giving specific notice to you. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you may not use this service. Access to this service is restricted to authorized users who have accepted these terms and conditions. Access or attempted access by unauthorized individuals may be subject to prosecution. Any use of the service is at the sole risk of the user.
Throughout this Terms and Conditions, the words "we," "us," and "our" mean Coast to Coast. The words "you," "your," and "yours" mean all persons responsible for complying with these Terms and Conditions, including the person who is utilizing or permitting any other person to utilize this service.
Payment
This online payment processing is designed for single transactions. If you desire to set up multiple transactions please contact us at (877) 270-2237 Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, Pacific time to discuss available options.
Convenience Fee
A fee may apply if you choose to use this service to make a payment online and the fee amount will be displayed as "$5 Fee." You will not incur a fee if you mail a payment to the address listed in the correspondence you received from Coast to Coast. You can also call us to obtain other payment options.
Automatic Telephone Dialing
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree and expressly consent to being contacted by Coast to Coast through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system to receive autodialed, prerecorded calls and text messages to any applicable wireless telephone number.
Telephone Monitoring and Recording
We may listen to and record your telephone calls with us. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that we monitor and record telephone conversations whether you or we initiate the telephone call.
Errors and Unauthorized Transactions
Tell us immediately if you believe that an unauthorized transaction has been or may be conducted to or from one of your accounts without your permission. Telephoning is the best way to minimize possible losses. You can:
